In 2013, the Georgian-Ukrainian ``Daiving Industrial Company`` LTD was founded. The company worked in Anaklia on a bank protection project for laying tetrapods and related preparatory work.
The work was done using the following technique: tug 1500 strong,barge 3000 tonne PDM 13, crane 100 tonne, 2 self-propelled barges 1200 tons each, special diving boat (with baro camera), fully equipped team of divers and equipment for researching the bottom (echo sounder, scanner, video / camera).
Due to the termination of financing for the project, the company suspended its activities and in 2015, the founders and the project manager with the chief specialist founded the new company ``NAVI`` LTD
