Our story

From Anaklia to now.

In 2013, the Georgian–Ukrainian venture Daiving Industrial Company took on a bank-protection contract in Anaklia — laying concrete tetrapods and carrying out the underwater preparation that comes before them.

The job called for a proper fleet: a 1,500-class tug, a 3,000-tonne PDM-13 barge, a 100-tonne crane, two 1,200-tonne self-propelled barges, and a diving boat fitted with a baro-chamber. A full survey kit — echo sounder, scanner, camera — mapped the bottom before anyone went in.

When financing for the Anaklia project ran out in 2015, the same divers, the same project lead and the same chief specialist regrouped under a new name: NAVI LLC.
